One Overview:
The ZB-910G fully automatic plastic tablet press adopts PLC program color touch screen control, human-machine interface operating system, which can set pressure, temperature, time and exhaust frequency, display and monitor the vulcanization process, and the set molding program is fully automatic.
The raw materials are placed in the mold and placed between electric heating plates. Pressure is applied at a certain temperature to shape the raw materials for testing, which serves as the basis for mass production of ingredients in the factory.
The PLC model adopts a more precise linear voltage regulation module, which linearly adjusts the output voltage in proportion to the control voltage (current), and there is no longer any overheating phenomenon during the heating process.
The heating device adopts a Y-shaped structure (star shaped), which completely solves the problem of uneven three-phase electrical load caused by conventional manufacturers. The heating process maintains power supply by switching on and off, prolongs the service life of the heating device, and improves accuracy.
